You do not need to own a pair of Lulus to practice yoga. Wear what makes you comfortable and allows you to move without restraint.
Like most physical activities, you should avoid practicing yoga right after a large meal. Give yourself a buffer to digest. Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach.
I like to keep my yoga sessions as simple as possible. At most, you might need two blocks (or books), a strap and a blanket. Props are always optional and used to help you support your practice.

Yes, I teach one-time and ongoing corporate yoga classes to help cultivate a sense of calm and community within the workplace. Due to COVID, all corporate classes are held virtually. If you’re interested in organizing a corporate session, please reach out here.
A yoga session doesn’t need to be 60 minutes to have a positive impact. My goal is to help you choose a length of time that you can fit into your day. My private yoga sessions range in length according to your needs; they can be anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes.
Yes! My yoga mentorship is about setting the foundations to have a successful career in teaching yoga, whether you’ve recently completed a training or need help getting more classes. Learn more about my mentorship options here.
The mentorship program lasts for 6 weeks. During that time, we will have 3 coaching calls and you will be assigned homework and reflection between each call.
Yes! You can add additional coaching calls either during or after the mentorship. Extra calls are available at a rate of $125/hour.
I record live audio classes to create an authentic experience. By hearing an occasional cough or collective exhale, my audio classes allow you to feel like you’re practicing in a community environment, from the comfort of your home.

Yes, you sign-in to your membership through the mobile-friendly version of my website and can either play the class in the embedded Soundcloud player or through the Soundcloud app.
