The Intro Series is designed to support your practice by filling in some of the gaps between real life and virtual classes. When we practice together in person and you are a new student to yoga or a new student to my class, I have the ability to give you 1:1 support and help you refine your practice. In an effort to give you the same guidance virtually, I’ve created this 4 pose intro series to break down some of the foundations and help you fine tune your practice.
