Meditating on the four highest, infinite thoughts - infinite kindness, joy, compassion and equanimity - can leave you feeling brighter and clearer in your purpose to help and serve others. This is the overarching purpose of yoga and meditation. Take care of yourself so that you can better take care of those around you. 

Meditation is as simple as sitting silently and focusing on breath. Enjoy a short intro and some guided silence. A daily, self practice is the end goal. Happy Meditating!
