Slow Flow is typically a steady Vinyasa practice to strengthen your body and balance your hustle with controlled and patient movement. This class is a ‘touch’ different. Not quite yin and not really a vinyasa either. Grounded in supporting you for a better nights sleep this evening class will leaving your body feeling fully prepared for rest.
