Slow Flow + Yin - Tragically Hip Yoga

Notes about this particular class:
The music cuts out for a moment between the first childs pose and transition to downward dog as I lost internet connection briefly during the recording of this class. Stick through it and itβs a smooth ride the rest of the way. There are also a coupe moments where my microphone gets caught in my sweater and sound gets a tad muffled but smooths out for the rest of class. All in all, a slow and sweaty flow with sweet hip openers at the end.
