Slow Flow - Core Focus

Not your typical core class that's inundated with crunches and focused on developing your six pack. Core strength goes WAYYYY beyond that to include everything from your knees to your collarbones, front body, side body and back body. My hope is this class will leave you feeling extra motivated, empowered and energized!

Slow Flow is a steady Vinyasa practice to strengthen your body and balance your hustle with controlled and patient movement. Grounded in foundation and breath you will leave class feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Not to be confused with a gentle flow. Some classes will make you work!
